Zayno generally does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or simply no longer wanting the product.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product/item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package from its sealed condition through the complete opening and unpacking is required for verification.

Unboxing video
Photos/videos showing the issue
Description of the damage or missing item

After reviewing the claim, Zayno may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery or without sufficient proof may not be accepted.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
