Contact support@zayno.shop within 3 days of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required. If approved after verification, Zayno may provide a replacement or refund.

The video helps verify the package condition and contents when received. It should show the sealed package, shipping label or order details, complete opening, and all contents. Videos that begin after opening may not be sufficient.
